Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. At 16, she started participating in fitness contests after she quit gymnastics. At the age of 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card a year after. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had a break of six years from performing after earning her professional license to continue the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and carried on from where she previously left off taking part in elite contests such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her win in her first contest She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. At the end 2009, she had won several fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card in order to earn her degree from college. In October 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th within the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel says she was more proud of her placing. It is no surprise that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows with single arm lat pull downs. The first step is warming up before progressing to her working sets. Ariel is also known for making use of every minute. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
